Volunteers needed

Parents,

Ms. Denise and Ms. Mary have asked for a couple of volunteers to check the eggs that come in for the party. Please let them know if you are available to help.

Thanks. Holly
(Lauren's mom)

Note from Ms. Denise and Ms. Mary

Dear Blue Room Parents,

We have been blessed to have your children with us every day! We have been enjoying watching the progress that they have made throughout the year! All of our kids have been working very hard on their fine motor and gross motor skills! The kids have been mastering the spelling of their first and last names along with learning the sounds and letters of the alphabet. They have had fun in our science, math, and art centers. We have also been working hard on developing good characteristics and making good choices. The kids have learned so much about respect, love, patience, kindness, honesty and leadership! We are so proud of each of them and hope that these characteristics lead to a life of knowing and walking with Jesus.

During the month of April, we will be collecting your child’s work for our May open house, therefore, work pages and art going home in your child’s folder will be minimal. April lesson plans are now posted, please let us know if you would like a copy! Also with this warmer month ahead, please plan on changing out your child’s winter clothes in their backpacks, and replacing with spring attire. If your child is wearing a dress or skirt, please make sure that bike shorts are worn.

Next week is our Easter Party! Please review the sign-up sheet along with the nut-free safe foods list. All candy items purchased for our egg hunt will need to be from this list! Stickers, rings, money/coins, and tattoos would also be fun items to put in the eggs! Thanks in advance for a safe and fun Easter Party!

Blessings to you and your families,

Ms. Mary and Ms. Denise

I am also bringing angel food cupcakes w/icing (allergy approved).

I thought it would be nice to have some snacks and simple drinks, so here is a list of items we could use. If you can sign up to help that is wonderful. Please put your name next to each item and resend back to "all" so everyone knows who is bringing what. I will resend on Wednesday to let everyone know an end sign up and a reminder to bring the items.

Thanks to Christine Chavez (Mia's Mom) for organizing a fun Christmas Party for the kids.

The children are making a circle for the book exchange.

The kids, with their mom's help, made santa picture frames.

The kids also enjoyed some yummy snacks.
